Role summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager from a DTC background to own the marketing calendar, lead a four-person team, and ensure a consistent flow of on-brand, high-quality content that enables our eCommerce, Retail, and Product teams. You operate with urgency, communicate clearly, and run tight processes that ship work on time and on budget.

Key Performance Indicators

• Calendar execution: ≥95% of planned initiatives shipped on time and on budget; monthly variance reporting.
• Content throughput & quality: Creative assets delivered to channel owners per brief and SLA; brand standards met; content workflow adherence in Asana ≥95%.
