Job Summary:

The Canadian Program Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives tailored to the Canadian market. This role ensures alignment with Bass Pro Shops’ brand standards while adapting campaigns to national preferences, regulations, and customer behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and oversight of the omni-channel marketing plan for Canadian marketing programs through effective collaboration with key merchandising, marketing and channel stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional communication processes to ensure resources are aligned across stakeholders to deliver quality execution of marketing campaigns
