Marketing Executive

Ardebili Engineering is a fast-growing MEP engineering firm with offices in US and Mexico. We specialize in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for commercial and large-scale projects.

We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Graphic Designer to join our Hermosillo team and help us tell our story.

What you'll do:

• Design marketing materials — proposals, presentations, brochures, and social content
• Manage and grow our LinkedIn, Instagram, and digital presence
• Develop pitch decks and RFQ/RFP packages for business development
• Maintain brand consistency across all company touchpoints
• Collaborate with project teams to visually showcase our engineering work

What we're looking for:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Experience managing a brand's social media presence
• A strong portfolio — show us bold, clean, purposeful work
