Job Description:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs, supporting strategic marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute mall-wide promotions, events, and campaigns to enhance customer experience, drive footfall, and increase tenant sales.
- Source and manage licensees for atrium, roadshow, and advertising spaces to grow Advertising & Promotion revenue.
- Manage advertising, digital marketing, and publicity across multiple platforms, coordinate with vendors and partners, and evaluate campaign effectiveness to optimize strategies.
- Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, support budget management, handle administrative and operational tasks, and assist with ad hoc design and marketing activities as required.
Requirement:
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications and working experience in retail mall marketing, events, digital, and social media marketing
