• Manage monthly & quarterly content calendars
• Coordinate and oversee content creation (design, video, copy)
• Handle PR interactions, collaborations & media coordination
• Maintain records, assets & documentation
• Support recruitment & hiring processes
• Manage employee records, onboarding & HR coordination
• Work closely with sales, creative & management teams
