Responsibilities




  • Assess the commercial market to build relationship with key personnel who can specify and influence in relocation decision

  • Understand client requirements and identify new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain relationship with existing and potential clients

  • Maintain client database to support new business requests

  • Plan and develop marketing strategies, plans and channels to promote our company and gain business opportunities to drive business growth

  • Higher diploma or above in marketing, business or design related discipline

  • At least 2 years’ working experience in marketing and business development. Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate or relevant industries is preferred.
