Marketing Events Coordinator

Job Description

Primary Function of Position

Responsible for the end-to-end organization of European marketing events and trade shows.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate marketing events and programs (in-person, virtual and hybrid) for the European Marketing Team
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth preparation, execution and follow-up of events
• Act as primary point of contact for all event-related logistics (booking forms, sponsorship contracts, communication, project planning)
• Support mobile system reservation, delivery and pick-up with transportation partners
• Create and manage vendors and Purchase Orders (POs), and follow up on invoices
• Ensure compliance requirements are met, including sponsorship agreement, HCP contracts and travel coordination
• Track and manage budgets for each event, providing regular updates
