Job Purpose
Drive category distinction through execution and optimization of the brand strategy across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Zambia.
Support regional revenue growth through sustained, measurable, and data-driven marketing initiatives (internal and external).
Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the marketing function, including creative, content, and production teams, ensuring alignment across all regional brand touchpoints.
Main Responsibilities of the Job
Ensure overall brand custody and consistency across all countries, media platforms, and customer touchpoints.
Develop and execute relevant marketing strategies and content that support sales growth and brand awareness across the four markets.
Monitor brand sentiment across regions to identify risks, opportunities, and market-specific insights for the Eezy brand.
Manage media buying across all markets, ensuring value for money, optimal reach, and achievement of defined KPIs.
