Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, campaigns, social media, and other marketing activities.
* Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients through calls, emails, and messages to nurture relationships, maintain customer engagement, and identify business opportunities.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings and calls with prospects, clients, and the sales team.
* Prepare and send quotations to clients via email and follow up on submitted quotes.
* Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing, product information, and other details required for client quotations and proposals.
* Maintain and update lead and client databases, track interactions, and prepare regular reports on lead status and customer communications.
