Marketing Coordinator

Primary Purpose of Position:
Coordinate and implement office and community marketing initiatives for assigned properties.
Essential Functions:
Marketing
+ Assist in the planning and execution of promotions and events to increase traffic and engagement in the assigned property, including office customer, community, and visitor engagement
+ Oversee signage program which includes maps, directories, and retail promotional signage, if applicable. Coordinate updates regularly
+ Assist in serving as “webmaster” for property websites and APP, including regular updates, content creation, etc.
+ Assist in planning and execute the region’s social media campaigns throughout the year, including content creation, social partnerships, effective data tracking and social media reporting
+ Promote and publicize new amenities and community offerings, informing the general public, office customers, and the hospitality industry.
