This opportunity

This role is to produce and optimise effective customer communications to Vodafone postpaid customers. In this role you will contribute to the overall vision and customer experience for the campaign programs that you are assigned. You will work closely with product owners to use customer insights, and strategic thinking, to construct communications that are meaningful and relevant to the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, clear, and concise communications that delivers meaningful and relevant messages to the customer, adheres to Vodafone’s Tone of Voice and Brand Guidelines and maximises conversion
  • Build and manage all outbound and inbound communications, working directly with campaign analysts, internal and external stakeholders on reviews and approvals
