Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the delivery, coordination, quality control and financial administration of all property and corporate marketing undertaken by RT Edgar.

Applicants should demonstrate evidence of:

  1. Previous experience coordinating property advertising campaigns or comparable marketing activities.
  2. Advanced software proficiency in Box & Dice, REDHQ, Realtair, Campaign Agent, Cotality, Inspect Real Estate, PropertyMe, Sked Social, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Microsoft 365 and contemporary AI tools.
  3. Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to prepare high-quality marketing copy, newsletters, eDMs, brochures and social media content.
