Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and performance-manage a team of junior and mid-level marketing coordinators within the GDC
  • Own the overall quality and timeliness of campaign delivery output from the GDC, establishing and maintaining clear standards across all workstreams
  • Act as the senior point of contact for regional marketing teams, building trusted relationships and ensuring the GDC is seen as a reliable, high-quality delivery partner
  • Manage capacity and resource allocation across the coordinator team, balancing incoming demand against team bandwidth and escalating where needed
  • Design, document, and continuously improve GDC workflows, briefing processes, and quality assurance practices
  • Collaborate with regional marketing leads to understand upcoming campaign plans and ensure the GDC is set up to deliver effectively
