Marketing & Content Execution Manager

This role exists to bring structure, consistency and strategic execution to marketing efforts

— with one clear objective: Increase qualified inbound leads from real estate agencies and building

industry clients.

This is a full-time execution role responsible for implementing the marketing plan and driving daily marketing activity across social media, email, and SEO.

This is not a junior VA role, it requires strong marketing execution capability.

A. Social Media Strategy Execution (Primary Focus)

• Build and manage a structured content calendar.
• Turn photo shoots into multi-format content (carousels, reels, before/after posts).
• Create industry-relevant content for Real estate agents, Builders, Developers, Architects
• Write high-converting captions with clear CTAs.
• Manage posting schedule across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
