What you will do

Strategy & Planning：

  • Deeply understand the regional business strategy, support the team leader to initiate and develop tesa China MSP strategy. Advice and execute the MSP related policy, process and projects based on the strategy
  • Develop local end to end leads management strategy and programs including leads screening, scoring, nurturing and lead conversion with team leader's coach and guidance
  • Identify the potential improvement areas, take the initiatives for the programs related to the tools and processes aligned with the MSP strategy
  • Build-up the strong insight to analyze the strengths and weak points of current business, identifies improvement areas and supports coordinated target setting across functions
  • Establish and maintain a strong cross-functional MSP network with commercial, finance, supply chain, production, IT and other stakeholders. Actively network with all levels of the intern...
