Marketing & Communications Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Marketing & Communications Associate/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical skills, creative flair, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

• Ensure data accuracy and hygiene within Zoho Marketing Automation, including audience segmentation and marketing lists
• Create landing pages, forms and email campaigns to support lead generation initiatives
• Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, customer journeys and lead scoring models
• Rollout monthly newsletters and nurture campaigns to drive website traffic and customer engagement
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to optimize campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Marketing Automation
