About the Role

The MarCom Coordinator supports the MarCom Team in the operational implementation of all marketing and communications measures without a strategic leadership role. The role ensures that day-to-day business runs smoothly, coordinates internal and external interfaces, and ensures the timely implementation of MarCom activities.

Responsibilities

  • Operational support for marketing and communications projects
  • Maintenance and management of marketing materials, data and content
  • Coordination with internal departments and external service providers
  • Administrative tasks (orders, appointments, filing, documentation)
  • Ensuring CI/CD guidelines are followed in all measures
  • Efficient, structured and quality-assured implementation of MarCom activities to support corporate communications and brand presence.
