This role involves hands‑on implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Marketing projects, providing global user support, and setting up automation workflows. The specialist will manage customer journey automation, enable teams, and ensure governance and quality consistency.
Responsibilities
- Functional implementation of marketing projects in Microsoft Dynamics Marketing (MSD) in alignment with the product owner.
- Provide global MSD user support, including office hours for the full team.
- Set up MSD audiences and segments for all teams, including suppression lists.
- Develop automation and workflow setups, focusing on lead management and admin/data workflows.
- Set up customer journey automation and email marketing campaigns.
- Enable and train team members.
- Develop and run governance and quality/consistency across marketing teams.
