Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to help execute and optimize day-to-day digital marketing across content, social, and email.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands what performs well, can work inside defined systems, and can reliably move work forward without constant oversight. Onboarding and support as needed will be supplied.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage social content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• Repurpose podcast and video content into short-form clips and posts

• Assist with email marketing execution , MailerLite, SendPulse)

• Support promotion of content, podcasts, and masterclasses

• Perform light graphic design and basic video editing for social content

• Track basic performance metrics and provide simple weekly updates
