  • Monitors the status of the loan applications and documents
  • Handles customer/clients inquiries through telephone, email, or walk-in

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Has good communication skills, administrative skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Customer-service oriented, organized, persuasive, and proactive
  • Computer proficient
  • No work-related experience is required for this position

Salary Range: 11,000-12,000
