Job Description

The Marketing Analytics   Specialist is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and optimizing marketing performance using data.


The role combines marketing analytics, automation, SQL, and BI reporting to improve customer acquisition, retention, and marketing ROI.


This person works closely with marketing, IT, and leadership to turn data into actionable business insights.


Key Responsibilities Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs such as CPA, CAC, CLV/LTV, ROAS, CIR, and customer retention.


Write advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze marketing and CRM data.


Create performance reports and provide insights to optimize campaigns.


Manage and improve marketing automation workflows using Mailchimp and Telerivet (email and SMS).


Conduct customer segmentation, cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and lifecycle analysis.
