Responsibilities

  • Maintain a marketing database (electronic and print) of suppliers, agencies, partners, white papers, customer feedback forms, office supplies and other functional print or digital requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for administrative and budgetary inquiries from the Marketing Team.
  • Process purchase requests and payment requests in coordination with Finance and Supply Management.
  • Manage the weekly Mktg Project List: conduct a weekly review of the project list and send out a reminder to the team to fill up the sheet for the week.
  • Prepare and share monthly industry/market/consumer sighting/trade trends for Foodbites (e‑newsletter in collaboration with the Graphic Artist).

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
