As a full-time leader, you will manage day-to-day dispatch, scheduling, and performance for W2 technicians in the local market. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and SLA performance for W2 technicians
• Drive revenue growth from independent coffee shops and QSRs
• Conduct field audits and performance reviews for service standards
• Report weekly on P&L, utilization, and revenue growth
