This is a high-impact strategic role ideal for someone who understands market structure, exchange connectivity, and global trading operations, and has hands-on experience building and expanding institutional trading relationships in the US region.

๐น 3+ years of experience in Business Development within US Markets (Mandatory)
๐น Proven experience in Market Development & Exchange Expansion
๐น Hands-on exposure to Global Trading Desk Setup (US equities/derivatives preferred)
๐น Strong understanding of Regulatory & Compliance Alignment (US framework)
๐น Experience managing Exchange & Prime Broker Relationships
๐น Ability to identify and onboard new liquidity venues and trading partnerships
