Job Description :

Report to: Marketing Manager/ Acting Managing Director/ Managing Director/ Director The Market Development Manager will play a key role in the future direction of the Company and development of strategies, work independently and report to AMD and MD. Development Functions •To develop the 8 regions of the company. •Evaluate prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets •Meet with farmers, C1s, C2s and sub PPD to obtain market data from each region. •Create questionnaires and surveys •Create reports that analyze competition and customers •Offer insights about product potentials. •Identification of best prospects in targeted segments •Supervision and conducting of marketing activities, such as farmer meetings, demo fields.
