Role Summary
The Market Access & Policy Lead for the MISP Cluster is responsible for defining, leading and executing the overall market access, pricing, reimbursement and policy-shaping strategy across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines. The role ensures an enabling policy environment, reduced access barriers, and accelerated time-to-access for key Pfizer innovations across diverse healthcare systems.

The position partners closely with the MISP Cluster Lead, Country Managers, Commercial Leads, Medical Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Regulatory and regional/global market access teams to advance the cluster's business priorities and ensure alignment with global strategies.
