Maritime Navigation Training Mobile app

Interactive Map-Based Training Web App for Maritime Location Testing (Charleston AOR)
I am looking to build a web-based training application that tests users on maritime geographic knowledge within a specific Area of Responsibility (Charleston, SC – 114 locations).
This will be a map-based training game using the Google Maps API.

Game Modes
MODE 1 – PIN DROP MODE
User is shown a location name (example: Fort Sumter)
User drops a pin on the map
App calculates distance from correct GPS coordinates
Score is based on distance accuracy
Distance tolerance must be adjustable in admin panel
