**Marine Technicians**
**Location:** **Ventura, CA**
**Pay:** **$30 per hour**
**1st Shift**
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Ship Mechanics to perform a variety of mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks on marine vessels. The ideal candidate has hands‑on marine or boat maintenance experience and/or a strong mechanical aptitude in industrial or heavy‑equipment environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on marine vessels (non‑engine related).
+ Diagnose issues, replace components, and ensure proper mechanical function.
+ Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
+ Assist with fabrication, welding, and structural repair tasks as needed.
+ Work safely and efficiently in a marine/industrial environment.
+ Collaborate with team members to complete repairs and meet project timelines.
