Marine Systems & Data Specialist

Overview

We are Systematix and we are currently looking for an OT / Marine Systems & Industrial Data Specialist , to bid on a project now, which is anticipated to start in late spring, for a publicly-owned marine transportation agency. This role could be 100% remote, or hybrid (if based in Vancouver).

This specialist role provides deep expertise in operational technology, marine systems, and industrial data to support safe and effective IT/OT integration.

Responsibilities

• Advise on OT architecture, data flows, and integration patterns
• Support ingestion of data from industrial historians and OT systems
• Design secure data pipelines between OT and enterprise IT environments
• Support use cases such as condition-based monitoring and asset performance
• Ensure OT data integration aligns with safety and cybersecurity requirements
