OSM Thome is looking for a Marine Superintendent to oversee HSEQ compliance and support offshore vessel operations. The role is based in Bergen, Norway.

About the Position

Provide professional HSEQ and marine guidance to staff on board and ashore, and help the Company achieve best-in-class performance by implementing the HSEQ policy and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate rules and regulations from various flag states.
• Ensure compliance with ISM, MLC, ISO, and ISPS standards.
• Follow up on legislative regulations, commercial standards, and OVMSA best practice.
• Act as HSEQ focal point for assigned vessel.
• Coordinate external audits and inspections on assigned vessels.
• Plan and execute internal audits on assigned vessels.
