Responsibilities

Monitor the day‑to‑day operations of the vessels, act as the focal point between ships and the organization, and monitor all aspects of safety certifications and regulator requirements. Organize and follow up on audits, inspections, and surveys to ensure company‑owned vessels are operated safely, efficiently, and economically, and in compliance with statutory rules and regulations.

Qualifications

Master Mariner {FG} certificate of competency, 3–7 years of sailing experience as Master on board a ship, at least 2 years of shore job experience as a marine superintendent, and a certificate of competency.
