Working Hours

Weekday: 7am to 7pm (Need to work 8 hours a day on weekdays, following the roster planned by supervisor)

Saturday: 7am to 1:30pm (Need to work 4 hours on Sat, following the roster planned by supervisor)

44 hours per work week.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline service as a representative of Clinic
  • Register patients, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
  • Assist patients with self‑service kiosks
  • Manage patient flow and respond to enquiries
  • Perform other duties as assigned
