KOTUG Canada is currently seeking a motivated and detail‑orientated individual to join our dynamic team as a full‑time Marine Dispatcher. This role is vital in our operations being responsible for the safe and effective daily scheduling and planning of both company and third‑party resources to meet client requirements.

What you will be doing

As a Marine Dispatcher, you will be coordinating and communicating vessel activities between the vessel Captains, Agents, and Ship Owners. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and client‑focused marine operations. The responsibilities of the role include:

• Provide timely responses to client emails and calls. As a client facing role, the Dispatcher is primarily responsible for monitoring and responding to client emails and confirming their bookings based on 24/7 operations. It is critical to acknowledge client orders within an hour of receipt.
