• Oversee project schedules and site compliance
• Communicate regularly with owner and project engineers
• Lead and mentor crew on safety and quality
• Conduct safety talks and site inspections
• Assist in generating payment applications and documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in marine construction supervision
• Competence in English, both verbal and written
