Marine Accounting Coordinator

We are hiring a detail-oriented professional to manage port disbursement accounts and ensure accurate verification, processing, and settlement of port call expenses within a shipping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and process proforma and final disbursement accounts for vessel port calls

- Validate port expenses against tariffs, SOFs, Charter Party terms, and agency agreements

- Reconcile statements of account with port agents and ensure timely settlements

- Maintain accurate cost allocation and account coding within internal systems (e.G., IMOS, HarborLab)

- Coordinate with Operations, Finance teams, and external agents to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial closure
