Responsibilities

  • Internal auditing by taking responsibility to find any missed or incorrect invoicing compared with deal commitments has been done between Lotus and suppliers.
  • Conducting a reconciliation of Commercial Income and tracking recovery audits as a report to all related parties.
  • Maintaining the claims database to ensure its accuracy and compliance with set procedures.
  • Working closely with Buyers, Finance Managers, and Suppliers to expedite claim closures, answer queries, support with additional data requirements, and expedite the resolution of all claims submitted.
  • Working and Coordinating with the Commercial income team for missing income collection process within the timeline.
  • Verifying data, and calculating compensation with various promotion mechanics.
