Black Press Media is looking for an Ad Controller to work from our Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows office, working closely with our Ad Control Team.

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We are looking for a hands-on coordinator who can work with our sales and pagination teams in the process of creating our weekly newspapers.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Process insertion orders for ad bookings into our CSM in a timely manner to meet deadlines.

  • Layout Creation: Create physical layouts of the papers for editorial and creative departments.

  • Account Management: Manage prepay accounts and record incoming payments.

  • Client Relations: Manage account inquiries from clients and sales reps.

  • Workflow Coordination: Manage advertising copy workflow and the set up of special sections for layouts and ad bookings.
