**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician** **Job Description**
The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for producing high-quality composite parts and structures using filament winding equipment. This role involves working with glass, carbon, and other fibers, operating and maintaining production machinery, and following detailed process specifications and work instructions to ensure products meet all technical and quality requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop a hands-on working knowledge of winding machines, resin mixing equipment, hoists, extractors, curing ovens, and all ancillary equipment required in the filament winding process.
+ Produce composite products in accordance with standard procedures, process specifications, and written work instructions.
+ Set up and tear down production machinery, validate the progress of machine operations, and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and throughput.
