Job Description
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Vocational/Technical certification in electronics or PCB repair is a plus
- 2–3 years of experience in electronics repair, PCB rework, or ATE board maintenance
- Familiar with semiconductor test equipment (e.g., Eagle, Advantest, Teradyne, SPEA, Verify)
- Skilled in troubleshooting and soldering (through-hole, SMT, fine-pitch)
- Proficient with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic tools
- Knowledge in ESD handling, IPC soldering standards, and basic calibration
- Strong analytical and circuit-level troubleshooting skills
- Can read schematics and technical drawings
- Team player with good communication skills
- Willing to work hands-on, in cleanroom environments, and on shifting schedules
