Job Description

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Vocational/Technical certification in electronics or PCB repair is a plus
  • 2–3 years of experience in electronics repair, PCB rework, or ATE board maintenance
  • Familiar with semiconductor test equipment (e.g., Eagle, Advantest, Teradyne, SPEA, Verify)
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and soldering (through-hole, SMT, fine-pitch)
  • Proficient with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic tools
  • Knowledge in ESD handling, IPC soldering standards, and basic calibration
  • Strong analytical and circuit-level troubleshooting skills
  • Can read schematics and technical drawings
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Willing to work hands-on, in cleanroom environments, and on shifting schedules
