You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor Swing Shift - Level 3 for the Edges & Radomes Manufacturing team which is responsible for overseeing multi-functional production in the composites area. As the Manufacturing Supervisor Swing Shift - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading a represented workforce to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives on the swing shift. Your responsibilities will include:

• Direct daily manufacturing operations, assign work to mechanics, and ensure compliance with manufacturing policies.
• Monitor performance against Quality, Schedule, and Cost targets and take corrective actions as needed.
• Perform administrative duties, including tracking overtime, attendance, and shift hand-offs.
• Drive continuous-improvement initiatives and develop technical competencies within the team.
