Job Summary 

In a fast-paced production environment, the Supervisor plays a vital role in driving the manufacturing process. The role requires strong competence and the ability to understand complex operations. Job Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage a team of workers during assigned shifts to ensure timely completion of subassemblies and units.

· Communicate and coordinate with lead workers, planners, and other stakeholders to review job status, priorities, and production schedules.

· Ensure smooth workflow and effective handover of tasks and products between shifts and across work groups.
