Printing Press Manufacturing Supervisor The Printing Press Manufacturing Supervisor manages shift production to achieve safety, quality, service, waste, productivity and culture goals. The role requires strong leadership and coordination of systems, equipment, people and materials.
Schedule 12‑hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule (5:00pm – 5:00am).
Key Responsibilities Act as safety leader, ensuring safety first in all duties and supporting plant safety programs.
Monitor colleague practices for compliance with regulatory and company safety and quality policies.
Verify product conformance to specifications and manage daily production to meet goals.
Manage employee timecards, time‑off requests and ensure accurate payroll and coverage.
Champion continuous‑improvement projects and sustain gains.
Oversee production schedules, recommend efficiency improvements and resolve equipment or material issues with Maintenance and Process Engineering.
