Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulations
• Engage in staffing coordination and raw material management
• Monitor production schedules, addressing any delays
• Conduct quality control checks on products
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety legislation
