Mission

As a Manufacturing Supervisor – Day Shift (12 hours), you will report to the Manufacturing Manager and be responsible for the transformation of raw materials into semi‑finished products (creams, deodorants, shampoos, etc.), in line with our clients’ requirements. Your role is to actively supervise the production floor, organize your team’s work, and ensure that each step of the process meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Present at the heart of operations on a 12‑hour day shift, you will play a key role in engaging your team, achieving production targets, and ensuring a smooth and efficient transfer of products to the filling lines.
