Job Description
**Description:** You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Lufkin Operations team. Our team is responsible for leading manufacturing activities to accomplish cost, schedule, and quality objectives for production manufacturing areas, utilizing lean manufacturing skills and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading daily operations on 2nd shift (5:00pm - 3:30am or possibly 6:00pm - 4:30am/Mon - Thurs.), developing work assignments, and assessing performance to meet quality, schedule, and cost initiatives. Your
