Job Description
The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance throughout the manufacturing process by identifying, analyzing, and preventing non-conformities. This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze non-conformity trends to identify recurring failure patterns and implement strategic corrective actions to prevent recurrence in future deliveries.Ensure final product compliance by verifying that each unit meets internal quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable industry regulations prior to release.Record and report non-conformities detected on the production line, following SIS best practices with a focus on Detectability 1/2.Supervise visual and functional inspections on the production line (SDTS and PFS), ensuring proper defect identification and marking during inspection processes.Plan an...
