Supports quality assurance activities within manufacturing, focusing on real-time defect prevention and problem resolution.
**Your main tasks**
+ * Ensure customer satisfaction and meet their expectations in terms of quality, certifications, and reactivity within the delivery plan.* Ensure deployment of quality indicators and targets in manufacturing area.* Receive and lead 8D meetings to solve customer claim / internal critical issues with the inputs of a multidisciplinary team.* Achieve IATF 16949 and maintain / ISO 9001 certification audits without NCs.* Support internal and external audits.* Lead Scrap improvement action plan.* Ensure the update and the compliance with co...
