The Role of a Product Development Specialist

Job Description:

• 
  Conceive drawings and designs in CAD software to develop new products, improve existing ones, or optimize manufacturing processes.
  

Main Responsibilities:

• Create technical specifications for CNC machines and work methods in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.


• Collaborate with production departments to troubleshoot problems during product manufacturing.


• Gather information from sales teams about customer needs and provide support as needed.


• Analyze internal or external non-conformities with quality control teams.


• Design jigs and fixtures to ensure efficient product assembly and processing.
