Manufacturing Process Manager - Onsite/Night Shift
The Manufacturing Process Manager is responsible for improving and standardizing manufacturing and operational processes to drive efficiency, quality, and scalability. This role works cross‑functionally with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales to align workflows, establish performance visibility, and support continuous improvement across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead process mapping, documentation, and optimization across manufacturing and supporting functions
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks; implement sustainable process improvements
Develop, track, and make visible KPIs aligned with operational and business goals
Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance to standardize procedures
Support Quality in maintaining current SOPs, strengthening compliance, and reinforcing quality ownership
