Job Description
Our CARTERS Cambridge manufacturing team are looking for a motivated and driven Manufacturing Operator to join the team. You will play a key part in producing high-quality prenail frames and trusses, working the PM to AM shift.
In this physical role you will fabricate frames and trusses with nail guns, meeting precise measurements and specifications from technical drawings for our valued building trade customers, whilst adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Operate computer-guided machinery, cut and assemble timber to specification, and contribute to a busy and team-based production line.
About you
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or transferable hammerhead skills is desirable as will be your ability to operate automated cutting machines, manual saws, nail guns and ability to interpret plans. You will be the perfect fit for this role if have following skills, qualities, and certifications:
